For young people aged 12 to 14 and 15 to 17
Can you imagine who you might be today if someone gave you the opportunity to learn leadership skills at a young age?
Children and Teenagers are influenced by what they know, who they know and what they are told, so how can we, as parents, change the dial? What do they need to succeed and be happy as they begin to shape their mind about what is possible?
More than leadership programs, our courses are about building skills that will help influence how your child finds their purpose and how they can navigate their future path into the world.
The Program

Set and Achieve Goals
You can't reach your destination if you don't know where you're going. Young people need to learn how to set tangible goals as well as to define a path to achieve them.
Build Confidence
Develop the confidence to stand for what they believe and to take the steps towards building their future.
Develop Boundaries
Any leader needs healthy boundaries. Being able to say no to the wrong things to allow room to say yes to the right ones is an invaluable skill for young people.
