  • FOUNDER & CEO

    Backed by 35 yrs of starting up and scaling businesses, finance and counselling qualifications, Cathy says her calling enables her to support people to realise their unspoken ambitions and step outside the comfort zones that regularly hold them back. Through empathy and strategic positioning, she empowers people to establish healthy professional boundaries, think limitlessly and challenge norms.

    Her values take centre stage and business becomes honest and expressive. She believes that knowledge exchange leads to effective and sustainable outcomes.

  • ADMINISTRATION & FACILITATOR

    Sally brings with her skills and tools that enhance our offering to ensure we capture all areas of life and business.

    She supports Cathy in the programs that Solutions2you offer with a focus on two key areas – Women’s Leadership Programs and our Psychological Safety Facilitations with a focus on women’s health and well-being.

    Sally is a Master trainer from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she demonstrates her coaching ability for sustainable lifestyle changes. Behavioural changes are a key area in our programs and Sally thrives in this area, especially in our Female programs.

  • MARKETING

    Adelaide is a purpose-driven strategic marketer with experience gathered across 4 countries and multiple industries. She set up Lumens Digital, her own marketing agency, to focus on supporting small businesses whose values aligned with hers.

    Curious by nature, she is committed to sharing her love of learning and helping provide others with the same opportunities for knowledge. This is why she joined the Raise the Baseline team in their mission to lift the baseline of where people start in life.

  • MENTOR

    The one thing Linda always comes back to throughout her career is enjoying the ability to work with people. This combined with a passion for teaching, training, coaching, educating, facilitating learning, and seeing people develop is why she has come with us on this journey.

    Linda’s experience has made her well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to develop young minds in the Raise the Baseline program.

    Oksana Kukurudza is passionate about helping companies optimize their business operations and scale their growth. Her experience has included years in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche working in the U.S.A, Italy, and Ukraine and twenty-two years with Accenture in management consulting with fifteen of them as a Managing Director focused on finance function digital transformation.

    Oksana understands any successful transformation requires setting senior leadership strategic alignment to the end state vision and maintaining that alignment through the transformation.

    Oksana believes in Solutions2You’s mission of helping companies scale through social impact and is excited to be collaborating with Cathy Dimarchos again to bring Solutions2You’s mission and capabilities to the American market.
