Infinity Leadership Program

For young professionals

Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.

— John Maxwell

Don't wait for the right age or the right position to take a seat at the table.
Build strong, long-term leadership skills today to lead with purpose and show others how.

A lot of young professionals assume that leadership skills come with age or seniority. They don't. Leadership skills are built all through your life by learning to define your purpose and to recognise your own strengths as well as others’. This course is designed to give you the tools you need to be a strong leader from the early years of your professional life, whether you are planning a corporate career or an entrepreneurial journey.

You will learn how to be comfortable with your goals and boundaries, how to support and influence others, to lead with purpose and kindness as well as the power of always thinking about “what else?”.

The Program

6 leadership & mentoring sessions

Set and Achieve Goals

You can't reach your destination if you don't know where you're going. Young people need to learn how to set tangible goals as well as to define a path to achieve them.

Build Confidence

Develop the confidence to stand for what they believe and to take the steps towards building their future.

Develop Boundaries

Any leader needs healthy boundaries. Being able to say no to the wrong things to allow room to say yes to the right ones is an invaluable skill for young people.

Mindset is everything, so why not bring that awareness to our children so they can instil that into who they are now and prepare them for what’s to come?
