Thoughts, Behaviours, Patterns
Change your thoughts and you will get a different outcome. But is there more to it?
Same Story – Same Outcome
This is the path you are following now and it is likely not working. So why would you keep doing what you have already tried and expect a different outcome? It’s not just about changing your thoughts, otherwise you would have already broken the cycle.
You need a new neural pathway that has a different beginning so you can build from a new foundation. You can't build strong foundations on a ground that isn't solid enough.
It’s about breaking old habits; it’s about unlearning so we can relearn.
So why do we keep listening to what everyone might be telling us when we know it's not working for us? Why are we listening to the masses who have likely not done the work? How do we differentiate someone who is but a simple skilled storyteller from someone who is doing the work day in day out?
Why are we so frequently jumping on the first thing that pops up in front of us without pausing and reflecting on its value for us?
Critical thinking applies to everything in life, so let’s pause and apply some good old common sense. Deep down, we all have the solutions within us, but we have just become accustomed to jumping onto someone else’s story.
This is about us being conscious of our choices and being intentional with what we want, so we make the right choices to work from a heightened sense of self.
Changing your outcome comes from your internal energetic space.
If you want to change your outcome, you first need to know the energetic state you need to be in to achieve the outcome you want. Have you done that before? If so, go back and recall what it looked like, what it felt like, so that you can repeat that very same feeling. You need to be aware of what energy you began with and radiated out to achieve the outcome that was successful for you.
Knowing the whole process is the key. Then applying it so you build long last change. When we build from solid foundations, it begins at the core of who we are and it's directed from the right place.
Energetically, you begin with the end in sight.
Stay with me on this as when you practice living life like this, everything changes and your foundations shift to support you.
The energy you hold impacts everything you hold and then ripples out to everyone around you. This represents the theory we all know “like attracts like”. People like to be around people who portray who they want to be like. Over time they mirror them and this is where we find that likeminded people are attracted to one another.
They may not understand it, but they feel your energy and want to know more about you. You make them feel good and they want to maintain those emotions. When we are conscious of the energy we want to create, we do that internally and this is what people sense about us.
This initial conscious step is the beginning of what break cycles and old patterns, but we need to keep practising it. It is in the practising that we change neural pathways. We will sometimes default to old patterns, habits, and beliefs because we have been doing all of these things for years and this new instilled process is very new. That is why practising is important until it becomes innate.
Once you experience this new enlightened way of living life, you will feel pure joy, others feel relief and many finally feel like they have broken the cycle for the very first time and can’t believe it was such a simple, albeit not easy, step.
What many don’t tell you
What many avoid telling you is that you truly have the capability and capacity to do it all yourself as long as you begin to look inward. People often don’t share simple tips, because they want you to keep relying on them, but for me it is about sharing knowledge.
Here is another tip: be honest with yourself. This is not about identifying what you haven't done but simply acknowledging where you are at and saying “this is where I stand today, this is what I know, and I am ready to unlearn so I can build from a new foundation”.
Nothing is random. We simply need to be conscious of the nudges we receive, so that we recognise forks in the road where we can do something different. This is where we will change our old neural pathways and learn new ones.
Ignoring or Exploring?
So, what will you do? Ignore the nudge and keep doing what you have always done or will you be intentionally conscious and pause to recognise that this is your opportunity?
This is where your energy changes, this is the beginning of the unlearning so you can relearn and build solid foundation for sustainable change.
You've got this!
Change your energy to change your thoughts.
Change your thoughts to change your language.
Change your language to change your behaviours and change your patterns to change your outcomes.
Now you have anew road map that has created an imprint of a new neural pathway that is built on solid foundations to keep you in a heightened sate of mind.
Your intentionally conscious framework begins here.
