Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Agreement of Release
To confirm your place on our retreat full payment or the agreed deposit must be made
If your confirmation is by deposit. The full amount of the retreat package price is due within 30 days as we have limited places and people on a wait list. If you are booking less than 60 days to your retreat start date, payment is required in full.
Any bank fees incurred through transferring funds are the responsibility of the guest. If paying by credit card there is a 2% surcharge for merchant costs.
You may elect to stay on in Bali – you will need to make your own personal arrangements in this regard.
To join the retreat, all guests must obtain travel insurance that covers the individual for all medical treatment while traveling abroad; along with a trip cancellation insurance which covers the individual or company, in this case Solutions2You, if a retreat is cancelled by either party. Proof of insurance will be required prior to participation, as will a signed copy of the liability waiver form. Simple medical assistance is costly overseas, so it is mandatory to have travel insurance to cover this should the need arise. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Most importantly, please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities that you will be engaging in on your Bali retreat package. We do know that nobody books a retreat with the plan to cancel, but sometimes ‘life happens’ and we recommend that you have travel insurance that will cover you should you need to cancel you trip at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Terms
If Solutions2You cancels a retreat, net total of money paid for retreat package will be refunded. Solutions2You is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Solutions2You offers no cash, cheque or credit card refunds for cancellation or any change to booking by a guest for any reason, including injury, personal emergencies and political actions: our cancellation policy will apply and no exceptions will be entertained
If a guest cancels within 30 days (4 weeks) of their retreat start date, their payment is forfeited in full or can be transferred to another participant that you are able to secure and is suitable to fit within the group (deemed fit by Solutions2you).
All cancellations must be received in writing via email
A Solutions2You retreat reservation is fully transferable to another guest over the age of 18, for the same date and package as per the above agreement (applicant must be agreeable to Solutions2you as each group is curated for the attendees).
Pre – Existing Condition disclosure Policy
If you have a pre-existing substance dependence, eating disorder, psychological (phobias, traumas) or significant medical conditions, please be aware that Solutions2You is not a medical or rehabilitation faciliatory. We do not offer any medical or psychological recovery or rehabilitation assistance for any of these conditions. We are offering a general wellbeing retreat. If you have a pre-existing condition that may affect your physical or mental experience on the retreat, or may affect your interaction with other guests or our team, we respectfully ask that you make us aware of this at time of booking. If any pre-existing condition is not revealed to us at booking, and later puts yourself, or others, in a situation of not being able to provide adequate care or alleviate discomfort, then we retain the right to cancel your retreat without providing a refund or credit; forfeiting all payment.
